Rockbridge County homeowners
still face effects from mortgage crisis

Foreclosed homes were some of the first signs of a faltering economy and most certainly were not the last. Rockbridge County residents were not immune to the mortgage crisis. There were more than four times more foreclosures in the county last year than in previous years.
