Many parking spaces on Washington Street have been removed to make way for traffic diverted from Nelson Street, which closed March 1.  While police report no major problems, they do expect heavier morning and evening traffic on Washington Street, especially from 8 a.m. to 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. to 6 p.m.
