The city of Lexington, founded in spring of 1778, has undergone a number of facelifts.  Renovations help historical sites keep their original  facades.  But what are the risks a homeowner takes to keep history alive?

W&L and Lexington community mourn the sudden loss of Mike Gorman

Michael K. Gorman, director of the Lenfest Center for the Performing Arts at Washington and Lee University, died suddenly on Wednesday, March 9.  A memorial service is scheduled for Monday, March 14, at 4 p.m., in Lee Chapel.
