Bluegrass fans find what they fancy at festival in Glen Maury Park

Bluegrass tunes have been filling the air at Glen Maury Park in Buena Vista this week.  For seven years, the Nothin' Fancy Bluegrass Festival has attracted crowds to the area.

Festival promoter Sandy Davis says people come to Buena Vista year after year to hear more than 20 nationally known bluegrass bands.

"We actually have a survey now that we pass out to the fans and they can...suggest the bands they would like to see," Davis said. "And then we'll try to pick from that as close as we can."

Davis says festival goers spend hundreds of thousands of dollars at local motels and tourist attractions.
