More Virginians than ever want to vote in next month's presidential election. Election officials have ordered 200,000 additional forms because of registration drives by both parties.
Lot One causes more problems
for Lexington city officials

A 14-square-foot piece of land at the corner of Nelson and Main streets is once again the center of a dispute between its owners and Lexington City Council. The owners of the corner property are challenging the legality of a traffic signal on a small easement they donated to the city.

Police say more motorcycle deaths are occurring as rising gas prices attract more riders. A Goshen man is the area’s latest fatality.
