The carnival was held in the parking lot of Lexington's Wal-Mart
Games and activities were designed and staffed by W&L students...
...allowing them to interact closely with the community...
...closer, perhaps, than some would have liked
Long lines formed at many of the carnival's games
Most of the games and activities were designed for families...
...although some participants required more help with certain games than others
Other familiy activities included painting pumpkins...
...and making jewelry
Not everyone was always eager to participate...
...while others readily volunteered
There were many classical halloween costumes...
...and some that were more modern
Participants didn't let the costumes get in the way of the fun, however...
...and a good time was had by all
