Stephanie Wiechmann interviews Phylissa Mitchell about the 2006 midterm elections.  Mitchell has covered numerous elections for network and local television, is a visiting lecturer in W&L's Department of Journalism and Mass Communications, and is a graduate of the W&L School of Law.  The show, "Equal Time,"  was broadcast Thursday, November 2, from 7-8 p.m. on 91.5 FM WLUR Lexington and recorded live by WLUR.  Weichmann is WLUR Assistant Program Director/ Culture and Education Director and hosts the show weekly.
