Professor Brian Richardson, head of the Department of Journalism and Mass Communications at Washington and Lee University, comments about Virginia politics and the Rockbridge area. Richardson is a 1973 graduate of Washington and Lee and has lived in the Rockbridge area since 1990. He teaches a course in the journalism department on state and local government in Virginia.
